Toolkit Resources & Tools

PROGRAM EVALUATION AND CAPACITY BUILDING TOOLS

Toolkit Organization

The MedSurplus Alliance (MSA) Code of Conduct establishes, publishes and advances voluntary standards of practice to guide the operations and decisions of the medical surplus recovery industry, donor organizations, funders and healthcare providers.  This toolkit outlines the standards, provides guidance and links to resources for anyone seeking to understand and follow the Code of Conduct.
Thanks to the support of our stakeholders, the MSA provides this Toolkit at no cost to anyone involved in medical product donations. Getting started is easy!  Use the menus below to search by Code of Conduct category or product type. Each toolkit page has a menu at the top with links to each section on the page.  Within each page the standards are numbered and include the category and standard name. For example:
    • 1. Governance
    • 1.1 Governance – Similar Values
Please let use us know if you have any questions and how we can improve the toolkit!
